MALAYSIAN GROUP'S NORWEST CONCEPT

$15M outdoor plaza

MALAYSIAN conglomerate Mulpha, the developer of the Norwest Business Park, proposes a $15 million concept plan for a 30-hectare parcel of land currently home to the Norwest Private Hospital, Quest Serviced Apartments and Circa Shopping Centre. It has the potential to deliver more than 450,000 square metres of floor space and more than 25,000 jobs. The precinct would comprise a central outdoor plaza and commercial core of office buildings with ground floor shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

TRAFFIC CONCERNS STOP COMPLEX
