In a whirlwind month of commercial announcements, the Coast’s famous waterfront stadium has locked in major deals with local Central Coast businesses to provide beer, juice and water for patrons attending events.
Ahead of this Sunday’s Central Coast Mariners double-header featuring the men’s and women’s teams against Brisbane Roar, Industree Group Stadium has confirmed:
• Award-winning local NSW Central Coast brewer Six String Brewing Co. will be the new Official Beer Partner at Industree Group Stadium for at least the next three years. Heroes of the Six String range including Coastie Lager, On Tour Mid, Pale Ale and Tropical Pale Ale / TPA will become the new core range of icy cold beers available for all live sport, entertainment and community events at the Stadium.
• Kulnura-based Eastcoast Beverages will be the exclusive supplier of juice and water to Industree Group Stadium for at least the next three years.
• A collaboration between Six String Brewing Co. and Eastcoast Beverages will see the locally brewed Six String x Eastcoast Hard Ginger Beer also available at the venue from as early as this weekend.
The Stadium’s naming rights partner Industree Group itself is a great local business success story, with the Berkeley Vale owned-and-operated innovator, designer and manufacturer of premium Personal Protective Equipment celebrating 12 months with its name in lights at the Stadium.
“We are absolutely committed to supporting local businesses at every opportunity,” said Industree Group Stadium Venue Manager Kath Casey.
“Our venue operator VenuesLive and owner Central Coast Council have together really brought the local business community together while also delivering a host of new sport and entertainment events at the Stadium.
“This has all been fantastic for local business, creating jobs and driving tourism and the visitor economy.
“The basis of our commercial strategy has been building local partnerships, our core belief is that if everyone is moving forward together on the Coast, then success will take care of itself.”
Two beers from the Six String range of ‘Amplified Ales’ have recently won major awards. Coastie Lager was awarded Gold Lager at the 2023 Independent Beer Awards, while Tropical Pale Ale / TPA won the Gold Medal at the 2023 Sydney Royal Beer Awards.
“Six String Brewing Co. is excited to partner with Industree Group Stadium and provide the Central Coast with beer and ginger beer brewed just down the road,” said Six String Director, Chris Benson.
“We have been proudly local for over 10 years and home and away fans will now be able to enjoy the best beer the Central Coast has to offer at each and every event at the Stadium.”
The ongoing growth and success of Six String Brewing Co. will see the company move to brand new larger facilities at The Sawmill Erina, bringing the brewery even closer to Industree Group Stadium in the coming months.
“This is a truly local partnership that will pair our region’s best beers with the best of live sport, entertainment and community events here at Industree Group Stadium,” said Kath Casey.
Proudly established back in 1965 on a citrus farm in Kulnura, Eastcoast Beverages has grown to become one of Australia’s leading juice and water suppliers and manufacturers, still operating out of the same Central Coast citrus farm just 30 minutes’ drive from Industree Group Stadium at Gosford.
“We are absolutely thrilled to lock in this partnership with Industree Group Stadium that will see us supply juice and water from our family business to this iconic venue,” said Eastcoast Beverages Managing Director, Samuel Lentini.
“It has been a dream for many years to get our products into the hands of ‘Coasties’ and those visiting the Stadium from far and wide. We thank Industree Group Stadium for their willingness to support local and allow us the opportunity to showcase our beverages that are made right here on the Coast, for the Coast.”
Industree Group Stadium will host a range of exciting events over the summer, with the mighty Mariners’ men’s and women’s teams appearing on most weekends.
The Mariners have made a slow start to the 2023/24 Isuzu Ute A-League men’s season after multiple personnel changes on the back of their phenomenal premiership success last season, while the women’s team is off to a flyer in its first season in the Liberty A-League.
After Sunday’s double-header, the Mariners men will continue their AFC Cup campaign against Malaysia Super League team Terengganu FC at Industree Group Stadium on Wednesday, November 29 and also have key A-League games on Friday 3 December (versus Melbourne Victory) and Friday 8 December (versus Western United).
The Mariners’ women will play Wellington Phoenix at Industree Group Stadium on Saturday 18 November and Melbourne City on Friday 15 December while both Mariners teams will feature in another blockbuster double-header against Perth Glory on Sunday 31 December.
The Freestyle Kings Live motorsport spectacular will light up Industree Group Stadium on Saturday 24 February while NRL Pre-Season Challenge games are locked in for the Stadium across two weekends in February.
“Stadium Membership allows patrons to see all games all year round and would make the perfect gift under the tree this Christmas for anyone living on or close to our amazing Central Coast,” added Kath Casey.
