While 70% aimed for healthier lifestyles, including improved sleep, wellbeing, and eating habits, many have abandoned their goals. MyFitnessPal ambassador Luke Hines suggests breaking down resolutions into smaller, achievable steps. Psychologist Leanne Hall advises framing goals as habits for better adherence.
