CENTRAL Coast motorists can now claim their toll cap cash back for the 1 January 2024 – 31 March 2024 toll period, with an average of $134 available to eligible toll account holders who have spent more than $60 a week on tolls from their individual tag or licence plate on tolls on eligible, personal trips.

Eligible customers seeking to make a claim can visit the Service NSW website and link their toll account with Service NSW.

Member for Gosford, Liesl Tesch MP says the toll cap cashback initiative is a welcome form of cost-of-living relief.

“We know Coastie families are doing it tough, just like families right across Sydney and New South Wales and the $60 toll cap cashback is helping to bring relief to where it is needed, particularly for our significant commuter population. It’s a quick and simple process to link a toll account online with Service NSW to make a quarterly claim and I urge those who are eligible to do so.”

Motorists’ toll accounts can be linked to their MyServiceNSW account. Once linked, an online Toll Tracker enables individuals to check toll spends and see when they are able to claim toll relief.

“It will be even quicker if you have your details like your toll account number and bank account information ready to go,” Ms Tesch adds.

Across NSW there are 350,000 toll account holders entitled to a rebate after the first three months of the $60 toll cap being in place. Approximately $46.8 million is eligible to be claimed after the first quarterly period. Payments will be received within 10 to 15 business days.

Motorists must hold an active personal toll account with a NSW toll service provider (such as E-Toll or Linkt), taking private trips on a NSW toll road, excluding those on the M5 south-west Cashback Scheme at the same time.

In the Gosford electorate, the average entitlement under the toll cap cashback scheme is $121 (2250 postcode), and $95 (2256 postcode).
