The company employs over 130 staff, Lipman operating from offices in North Sydney, Bathurst and Port Macquarie.
Lipman’s Managing Director, David Moffat, said the acquisition of the Lismore-based Bennett Constructions will help drive Lipman’s strong growth in northern NSW and south-east Queensland markets.
“The regional area covered by Bennett’s complements the successful operations of our office in Port Macquarie, which together with our newly opened Bathurst office, positions Lipman in a great space to commit to and service well, our growing list of regional clients around the State,” Mr Moffat explained.
“Our regional footprint has been a significant focus in recent years and we will solidify these regional branches within their local markets as we continue to service the greater Sydney area as we have done for the past 50 years.
“Lipman’s new energy enhances our commitment to delivering exceptional buildings on to the market and will see us at the forefront of new building systems where we will work hard to continue to bring the best value outcomes for our clients.”
Lipman has also announced a new corporate rebranding campaign which includes a new visual identity, website and purpose statement.
Mr Moffatt said it reinvigorates the firm whilst “paying homage” to its proud 50-year history.
“It’s a bold, fresh new look and brings energy to the company, providing us with a modern iteration of our well-established identity in the NSW construction market,” Mr Moffat said.
“Our purpose statement, “Designed to Perform, Built to Last” signifies our longevity, creativity and reliability and aligns with Lipman’s core values and culture.
