The third project is sited on the old Country Comfort Motel location on the way into town, opposite the lake. An overseas investor paid $9.6million for the land, the highest value residential site sale on the coast in the last 15 years.
Fronting 77m of Terrigal Dr in a prime position, site work on the 10,000 sq m block is well underway.
When completed, it will also offer a range of high quality residential opportunities.
