The Voice to Parliament Handbook has been co-authored by Kerry O’Brien and Thomas Mayo, with illustrations from Cathy Wilcox.

The handbook provides an easy-to-understand guide about The Voice to Parliament and constitutional recognition.

Federal Member for Robertson, Dr Gordon Reid MP, says the handbook is a useful source of information to frequent questions about the upcoming referendum on The Voice to Parliament and constitutional recognition.

“Kerry and Thomas have co-authored an outstanding handbook that provides easy-to-understand information about why The Voice to Parliament and constitutional recognition is important for our nation,” Dr Reid said.

“Constitutional recognition and The Voice to Parliament will ensure First Nations people have a say on the issues that affect their communities. This will ensure Federal the Government can create better policies, which will improve outcomes for First Nations people.

“The handbook will provide Australians with the detail they need to make an informed decision when they vote in the upcoming referendum.

“A successful referendum is a historic opportunity for genuine reconciliation and will help make us whole as a nation

“The Uluru Statement from the Heart invites all Australians to walk together towards a better future – I would encourage people looking for more information to read the handbook or contact my office,” Dr Reid said.
