Nominations now open for Gosford Woman of the Year

NOMINATIONS are now open for the 2025 Gosford Woman of the Year Award. These awards recognise and celebrate the contributions of local women in the Central Coast community.

Member for Gosford, Liesl Tesch MP says it is important to recognise the remarkable women in the Gosford electorate.

“There are so many outstanding women in the Gosford electorate whose efforts go unrecognised. Each year, the Gosford Woman of the Year Awards are such a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on women who make significant contributions to our community,” she said.

I look forward to the Gosford Woman of the Year Awards each year, with nominations recognising women from across community, professional and volunteer roles, who contribute in a million small and large ways to our community each day.”

“I encourage members of the Gosford electorate to complete the secure online nomination form before 5pm on October 20 2024. For those who prefer a physical nomination form, please feel free to pop into my office at 20 Blackwall Road, Woy Woy for a nomination form.”

Nominees must live in the Gosford electorate and must be aged 18 years and over.

This year, Louise Lambeth was named Gosford Local Woman of the Year for her ongoing service in water safety advocacy and surf lifesaving within our community and the broader NSW.
