Nominated by Terrigal State MP Adam Crouch, Ms Potter is a trained psychologist who has dedicated many years to providing services and support for families at Chertseydale Cottage, Springfield.
“The NSW Woman of the Year Awards celebrate the achievements and inspiring efforts of Nada and other trailblazing women across NSW,” Mr Crouch said.
Minister for Women Tanya Davies said there were an unprecedented number of nominations from across NSW for the 2019 state-wide awards program, and more than 9,000 public votes received.
NADA Potter earned a place on the 2019 Local Woman of the Year honour roll at the NSW Woman of the Year Awards breakfast ceremony in Sydney on March 7.
