$50M project ahead on pre-sales

OFF-the-plan property sales continue to thrive in Sydney’s northern suburbs – with the $50 million Pymble residential development “The Adeline” another high-end example of a steady demand for housing across the region.

Construction on the luxury project is scheduled to commence this month and there’s already been $40.5 million in pre-sales - which is 90% of the apartments.

North Sydney-based Catylis Properties, which is managing the Telegraph Road development, says The Adeline is set to become of one the North Shore’s most prestigious addresses. It comprises 53 luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, including 6 penthouses split over two buildings.

Catalyis Properties’ Director Richard Hughes said an approved Section 96 Modification to the original DA had “greatly improved the building’s façade, design and efficiency”.

“It provides an attractive contemporary design with much more liveable and functional units, suited to modern apartment living, within the same foot print and building envelope as the original DA,” Mr Hughes told NSBA.

“The acceptability of the new design is evidenced by the outstanding sales results, where over 40 of the 53 approved apartments have been sold prior to commencement of construction. “

The Adeline was designed by respected Sydney architects Aleksander Design Group. All apartments include secure underground parking and storage.

Mr Hughes said Catylis Properties recently launched an exclusive offer to potential purchasers on behalf of the developer. As the First Home Buyers grant has now been reduced from $15,000.00 to $10,000.00, the developer is offering to make up the $5,000.00 difference to all eligible First Home Buyers.

In addition, all buyers who purchase an apartment before the end of February will receive a free fridge and washing machine.

Completion of The Adeline is expected at the end of 2017.
